I've been a resident of Rancho Bernardo for 19 years. I have been a block captain and have been on the advisory committee of RB Neighborhood Watch since Feb. 2019. Currently I am the Webmaster for our website.

I am married and we both have adult children. My husband and I are CERT Certified and both have an "Expert" level amateur radio license.  We are active in local emergency radio clubs and overall emergency preparedness.  We also like to stargaze and go to Julian often to enjoy the "Dark Sky"

We moved to WESTWOOD from Lake Zurich, Illinois over 38 years ago and never looked back.   While raising our 2 (now adult) daughters, I volunteered on the Westwood Club board, was a Girl Scout leader, an Oasis tutor at Westwood School, and more recently as a Neighborhood Watch Captain.   I believe we need to be engaged in our community and keep informed.   Rancho Bernardo has so much to offer families and seniors.  I am an avid scrapbooker, love to walk my dog, and enjoy a good cup of coffee!
