Quarterly Community meeting
Rachel Lehnert , Live Well San Diego, representing the County of San Diego Health & Human Services Agency will talk about Adult Protective Services, Aging and independence Services
Located at 7 Oaks Community Center 16789 Bernardo Oaks
Rachel Lehnert joins us from the Outreach and Education Team at Aging & Independence Services, a division of the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency. Rachel has an extensive professional background in the field of Aging including but not limited to, older adult transportation, care management, program development for older adult centers, and program management for persons living with Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias. Rachel spent the last year of her career working with Adult Protective Services and remains passionate in her commitment of educating the San Diego community about different areas of Aging.
The meeting will start at 7:00 PM
