New Laws regarding your home and fire prevention guidelines

The State of CA Assembly passed Bill AB 3074 and the CA Board of Forestry is drafting regulations about Zone Zero defensible space that will effect you. Many insurance companies are beginning to require Zone Zero compliance and/or offering discounts for compliance. Any home or business building in the SDFD Very High Fire Severity Zone will be required to comply. Roughly 65%+ of Rancho Bernardo is in the Very High Fire Severity Zone.
